Here we go again! This will be my third time participating in the One Room Challenge and I’m excited for this one! Really this is just a continuation of my last ORC which was our guest room makeover that I didn’t quite complete. But the built ins are done now and I just finished building a custom daybed that folds out into a queen bed for when we have guests! If you missed it, check out my last blog post here. This week, I’ll be finishing up a coffee table and then it’s time to start tackling the closet!
Be sure to check out all the other guest participants on the One Room Challenge blog. Everyone has such beautiful room designs and I’m over here getting excited about tool storage. Yep, that’s right. It’s time to get organized! Over the last couple years, my tool collection has grown exponentially and it’s about time I get organized and dedicate a space for my DIY obsession. So I’ll be turning this closet into my dream tool storage room complete with french cleat wall, portable table saw and miter saw carts and lots of other custom organizational stuff.
So if you’re into organized work spaces, follow along for the next 8 weeks as I create my dream work space! Ok, my dream would be to have a full workshop or a garage, but that is not in the cards right now. But we do the best with what we have and I plan on making use of every inch of space that I have. Get ready to see the sexiest tool closet you’ve ever seen!
