I can’t believe how much I accomplished in the last 8 weeks! I actually started our home office and guest room for the previous One Room Challenge in the Fall of 2022, but didn’t complete it in time. I did eventually finish the room and this was basically a continuation of that. For this challenge, I turned the guest room closet into my workshop and created space for all of my tools. Since we don’t have a garage, this was the most logical place for everything since I do all of my work outside on our back patio. Come check it out!

Week 8 I added Roman Clay and slat walls. The slat walls were not in the original design plan but after moving my tool carts in and out a bunch of times, I quickly realized I needed something to protect the walls from damage. This seemed like the most aesthetic and functional option! I also added a couple more tool storage things for the French cleat wall.
The most important piece…the drink holder!
