CHAPTER ONE
The Florida House
Our house in Fort Lauderdale. Where I learned all of it.
Nine years, sold 2026. Most of the work happened in the last four.
CHAPTER TWO · A COLLABORATION
The Bend House
Bend, Oregon. My brother’s house. We did this one together.
Closed October 2024. Renovated October 2025- February 2026, and back again in May 2026 to build a shed.
CHAPTER THREE
The New York House
Saratoga Springs, New York. My father-in-law’s house, and now our permanent address.
